There are approximately 9 duck eggs per 4oz, and 14 chicken eggs per 4oz.

2Tbsp of egg powder plus 2Tbsp water equal 1 large chicken egg!
Once reconstituted, they are exactly the same as a raw scrambled egg that you just cracked. Long-term storage up to 25 years in mylar, should you choose to transfer packaging. As-is, depending on your climate, shelf life is up to a year.
Note: Eggs are packaged, they do not come in a jar.
